A criminal complaint has been filed against a man from Mammoth Spring after an incident at the Junction Hill S-Mart. William Andrew Sims is accused of leaving the scene of an accident. The accident happened on February 2nd. The Sheriff’s Department reports that Sims lost control while attempting to do a donut and hit the building, damaging a portion of the building. Damage is estimated at $18,365. The case was filed on Wednesday.
