Route 17 in Howell County Reduced for Pavement Repairs

SIKESTON—Route 17 in Howell County will be reduced as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs.  

This section of roadway is located from Route 63 in West Plains, Missouri to the Arkansas state line.   

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, March 9 through Friday, March 13 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Work will begin in West Plains and move south as work progresses. Drivers should anticipate short, intermittent lane reductions in the vicinity of the pavement repairs.  

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

Route M in Oregon County Reduced for Pavement Improvements

SIKESTON – Route M in Oregon County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as construction crews perform pavement improvements including culvert replacements, pavement repairs, and bridge maintenance. 

This section of roadway is located between Route 160 and Route 63 near Koshkonong, Missouri.   

Weather permitting, work will take place from Monday, March 16 through Friday, October 30 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.  

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
