A man has been arrested in West Plains with more than 20 grams of meth.

43-year-old Scott Emery Jorgenson was allegedly observed driving on Porter Wagoner Boulevard on Friday morning, and confirmed his license was revoked. Police then executed a narcotics search warrant at his residence near the 900 block of Woodland Avenue. Officers found drug paraphernalia, digital scales, and multiple baggies of white crystalline shards. Five baggies tested positive for methamphetamine, weighing a combined 20.5 grams.  Jorgensen is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while revoked, with a bond set at $25,000.
