30-year-old Brandon McCall was arrested on charges stemming from an accident in October 2025 that killed 55-year-old Ann Davis McQueen of Maynard and injured another passenger. McCall is charged with Neglect Homicide, first-degree battery, DWI, driving left of center, and no seatbelt. McCall is being held in the Randolph County Jail.
