Missouri State Bears upset top-seeded Liberty in CUSA Tournament

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Led by a career-high 31 points from senior Michael Osei-Bonsu, Missouri State upended top-seeded Liberty, 77-69, on Wednesday in the Conference USA quarterfinals

The Missouri State victory marked the first time since 2018 (Southern Miss) that a No. 9 seed has advanced to the CUSA semifinals.

The Bears play the winner of tonight’s game between LA Tech and Middle Tennessee on Friday in the Semi-Finals.

 

SEC Tournament continues Today in Nashville.

The Missouri Tigers play Kentucky, the winner faces Florida in the Semi-Finals on Friday.

#17 Arkansas will play Friday in the Semi-Finals against the winner of today’s game between Texas A&M and Oklahoma.
