Razorbacks, Tigers, Billikens and Lady Bears are all make NCAA Tournament

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Darius Acuff Jr. scored 30 points and handed out 11 assists, leading No. 17 Arkansas to its first Southeastern Conference Tournament championship and first automatic NCAA Tournament berth since 2000, beating 22nd-ranked Vanderbilt 86-75 Sunday.

Billy Richmond III added 18 points for Arkansas. Trevon Brazile had 16, and D.J. Wagner had 11.

 

NCAA Tournament Bids

Arkansas is a 4 seed in the West Regional and will play the 13 seed Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, Thursday at 2:35 on TBS

 

The Missouri Tigers are a 10 seed in the West Regional and will play the 7 seed Miami Fl. Friday at 9:10 pm on TruTV

 

The Saint Louis Billikins are a 9 seed and will play 8 seed Georgia on Thursday at 8:45 pm in the Midwest Regional

 

Women’s College Basketball

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Missouri State women’s basketball (22-12) punched its ticket to the NCAA Tournament with a 43-38 victory over Louisiana Tech (26-6) in the CUSA Women’s Basketball Championship title game.

The Lady Beras are a 16 seed in the Region 3 and will play Stephen F Austin on Wednesday.
