51-year-old Hugh James Stiles was charged Monday in Independence County Circuit Court with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance — methamphetamine greater than two grams but less than 10 grams — and one count of delivery of methamphetamine less than two grams. Stiles is also being charged as a habitual offender.
Stiles was arrested last week after he and Jordan Robins allegedly lured a man to a park and robbed him.
