According to The Sheriff’s Office, 35-year-old Steven M. Manson, 56-year-old Steven L. Manson, and 19-year-old Dezerae S. Manson, all of Yellville, Arkansas, have been arrested after a victim reported an incident to law enforcement on Saturday, March 7. 35-year-old Steven M. Manson has been charged with felonies of rape, incest, and second-degree sexual assault. He has also been charged with misdemeanor of coercion and being a habitual offender. 56-year-old Steven L. Manson has been charged with felonies of terrorist threatening and conduct constituting conspiracy. He is also charged with a misdemeanor of coercion. 19-year-old Dezerae Manson has been charged with felonies of rape and second-degree sexual assault. She has been charged with a misdemeanor of coercion. Investigators executed a search warrant on Friday, March 13, of the home where multiple potential pieces of evidence were seized for testing at the Arkansas State Crime Lab. All three individuals are in the Marion County Jail, with the two men separately bonded with $500,000 and the woman set with a bond of $25,000.
