88-year-old Lester Kunst was arrested after he allegedly shot out the tires of a vehicle following a traffic accident on Whitwood Road on March 6th. Kunst is charged with felony Aggravated Assault, and a misdemeanor of 1st degree criminal mischief. He was arrested and released after posting $20,000 bond.
