33-year-old Trey Rex Walker was arrested on a Douglas County warrant for second-degree burglary, possession of stolen property, and tampering with a utility meter. His bond was set at $15,000 cash only.
The arrest followed an investigation that recovered a stolen camper trailer that Walker was living in. During the investigation, it was discovered that the camper trailer had been illegally wired around an electric meter to obtain electricity without paying.
