41-year-old Scotty Seawright is charged with possession of a Schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, meth or cocaine, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and expired tags. He is being held on a $5,000 bond.
