29-year-old Amber Prewett was arrested for two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony delivery or possession of a controlled substance in a county jail, felony tampering with evidence, and misdemeanor charges of driving while revoked second or third offense, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no seatbelt, and littering. She was taken to the Oregon County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
