Dustin Ivan Jordan Eastland is charged with first‑degree assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. Deputies were called to the Koshkonong Snappy Mart on March 23 for a reported fight. Eastland then allegedly left the store and went to a nearby residence, where Eastland allegedly forced another man to his knees and fired a shot on each side of his head. Eastland’s bond is set at $50,000.
