Paramedics were called to the home of a woman having a seizure on Free Street in Walnut Ridge. The 72-year-old woman was allegedly found lying on a concrete floor covered in feces, maggots, and cat litter. She was taken to a hospital and later transferred to a long-term care facility. Randolph McKenzie was arrested on March 25th and charged with neglect of a vulnerable person. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.
