According to the ASP report, 31-year-old Dalton Ray Graham of Brookland was killed, and 34-year-old Adam Lee McClung of Paragould was injured when the tow truck driven by McClung ran off the road, came back onto the road, and overturned. The Tow Truck was pulling a truck and a tanker. The accident happened on March 18th on State Highway 58 in Guion. Hazmat was called in to clean up a fuel spill.
