According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Jessie Brem, 37 of Mountain View, was arrested on March 23rd on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to pay fines.
Lisa Cooper, 60 of Batesville, was arrested on March 23rd for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Briauna Moses-Soehlman, 29 of Batesville, was arrested on March 25th for parole violations.
Hector Villanueva, 27 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on March 27th for domestic battery 3rd degree and possession of a controlled substance.
Trace Cossey, 29 of Oxford, was arrested on March 28th for domestic battery 3rd degree.
Wyatt Means, 24 of Salem, was arrested on March 29th pending formal charges related to a DWI accident and theft of property.
