Deputies made a traffic stop on 49-year-old Joseph Collins, of Dora, in the Goodhope area. At the conclusion of the investigation, Collins was arrested, and a warrant was obtained for his arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, Unlawful possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without a valid license. Bond was set at $1500 cash only. Collins has since posted bond.
