
According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Kaiden Withrow, 24 of Calico Rock, was arrested on April 13th for speeding, possession of a controlled substance, and violation of a no contact order.
Bautista Martinez, 47 of Batesville, was arrested on April 16th for driving without a driver’s license and no insurance.
Elizabeth Moore, 37 of Franklin, was arrested on April 17th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for criminal trespass.
Edson Josimar, 31 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 17th for careless driving, driving without a driver’s license, and no insurance.
Lorna Favor, 36 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 18th for public intoxication.
Adam Franklin, 39 of Melbourne, was arrested on April 18th for public intoxication and domestic battery 3rd degree.
Hayden Hill, 19 of Oxford, was arrested on April 18th for reckless driving, speeding, no proof of insurance, and unlawful operation of a motorcycle.
Steve Lyles, 52 of Paragould, was arrested on April 20th on a petition to revoke probation.
Glenn Morgan, 66 of Cave Creek AZ, was arrested on April 20th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for criminal trespass, criminal mischief, 1st degree, and disorderly conduct.
Evans Elms, 84 of Batesville, was arrested on April 20th pending formal charges for violation of a protection order third offense.
