32-year-old Benjamin Vardell was arrested on charges of possession with intent to deliver meth or cocaine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, meth or cocaine, failure to comply with reporting requirements, and driving while license cancelled, suspended, or revoked. He is being held in the Randolph County Detention Center.
