The Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Dustin Knapp was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony driving while revoked, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to equip vehicle with rear license lamp, and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Oregon County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
