61-year-old Michael Wamser was arrested on Monday and is charged with 15 counts of distributing child pornography, 34 counts of possession of child pornography, criminal possession of explosives, possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $400,000
