The Patrol reports that 37-year-old Andrew Faler was arrested on charges of felony aggravated fleeing, careless and imprudent driving, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to signal, and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was taken to the Carter County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
