52-year-old Rickie Ed Heinen was in court last week and was charged with two counts of rape and 48 counts of sexual assault. He was sentenced to 40 years for each count of rape and 20 years for each count of sexual assault, for a total of 1,040 years in prison. A 15-year-old victim came forward in June of 2025, telling authorities that Heinen had been raping and sexually assaulting her. Heinen was the girl’s mother’s Boyfriend.
