45-year-old Robert Halfacre was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to equip an adequate muffler, failure to signal, no insurance, and no seat belt. He was taken to the Howell County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
