25-year-old Christian Adkins and 30-year-old Lacey Andrews were both arrested on a Douglas County Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of a Controlled Substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence. Adkins bond was set at $1500 cash only, and Andrew’s bond was set at $5000 cash only. .
