
According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated for the last two weeks. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Amanda Guy, 47 of Omaha, was arrested on May 5th for disorderly conduct and drinking in public. She also had a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for theft of services.
Taylor Tidwell, 27 of Batesville, was arrested on May 12th for probation violations.
Cecileigh Crosser, 29 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on May 12th for no proof of insurance and DWI.
Dovie Johnstone, 18 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on May 13th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for theft of property.
Jared Slack, 40 of Calico Rock, was arrested on May 13th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Keyonta Childress, 25 of Guion, was arrested on May 14th for speeding, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, and possession of a controlled substance.
Jason Cossey, 48 of Franklin, was arrested on May 15th for domestic battery 3rd degree and probation violations.
Kathy Cossey, 64 of Franklin, was arrested on May 15th for domestic battery 3rd degree.
Ana Salas, 29 of Batesville, was arrested on May 17th for obstructing governmental operations.
Garrett Leininger, 23 of Cave City, was arrested on May 17th for careless driving, no driver’s license, open container of alcohol, refusal to submit to a chemical test, DWI 3rd, criminal mischief 2nd degree, possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication, and terroristic threatening 2nd degree.
Macedonio Garcia, 57 of Batesville, was arrested on May 17th for unsafe vehicle.
Creedance Port, 21 of Cave City, was arrested on May 17th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Herlyn Delgado, 22 of Batesville, was arrested on May 17th for no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, and no seat belt.
