47-year-old Sarrah Shilo Graham was arrested on two Thayer failure to appear warrants. One was for allowing dogs to run at large and the other was for stealing/larceny/theft. Her bond was set at $800 cash or surety. She was taken to the Thayer Jail, and then later released.
