The Ozark County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of a man from Gainesville on several charges with more charges possible. 53 year old Tracy Todd Presson was arrested on 1 count of second degree statutory rape and 2 counts of second degree statutory sodomy. Several more charges are expected in the future with possible charges in other states. Presson was arrested Tuesday and charged on Wednesday. The Ozark County Sheriff’s department, child services and cyber crime task force were involved in the investigation. Presson’s Bond is set at $50,000 cash only.
