27-year-old Caleb Brady Gurley of Decatur Alabama was arrested after he ran from police then wrecked the vehicle he was driving. Gurley was charged with felony fleeing, felony aggravated assault, and misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule 6 controlled substance, and on outstanding unrelated warrants.
