34-year-old Bradley Haines was arrested after the Mountain Home Fire Department responded to a fire at 328 South Kingswood Drive, the residence sustained Fire, smoke, and water damage. Haines is charged with arson, cruelty to animals, and criminal mischief. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $75,000
