The Highway Patrol reports that 42-year-old Joseph Kish of Lakeview Arkansas was killed and 44-year-old Justin Ivey of Mountain Home suffered moderate injuries when the vehicle Kish was driving, crossed the centerline, and hit the vehicle that Ivey was driving. Ivey was taken to Baxter Health in Mountain Home. The accident happened on Highway 5, five miles south of Wasola.
