A man from Kansas faces charges after he was found in possession of a vehicle that belonged to a man found dead in Shannon County. 41-year-old Kelly Marks was arrested in Kansas City on Sunday driving the victim’s vehicle. Three people were arrested last week in connection with the murder. Marks is being held on $25,000 bond.
