The Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Assistance Program coordinated with Ozark Action Inc., has been successfully completed
Applications were processed from 173 households to include 450 children through the age of 14 years. To assist as many individuals as possible, efforts were coordinated with local organizations who also provide Christmas assistance. Through these coordinated efforts and the generosity of area businesses, individuals, churches and organizations, all eligible applicants received assistance.
The program is only successful due to efforts and kindness shown by all involved.
A special thanks goes to all those who assisted by providing generous monetary donations, donated items as well as those who assisted by adopting children and families.
Again, thank you to all involved for your part in making this Christmas season a bit brighter for those less fortunate. We look forward to and appreciate your continued support in 2024.
