26-year-old Patrick Lee Paul was arrested for second-degree murder. Stealing a motor vehicle and stealing. He is accused of killing a 70-year-old man from Eminence. The vehicle stolen was found in Kansas after it was allegedly sold to Kelly Marks. Marks told authorities he bought the vehicle from Paul. Marks was charged with receiving stolen property.
