Strong storms moved across Northern Arkansas and Southern Missouri last night, knocking down power lines and trees in several locations and one person was injured in the storms in Independence County. The name and extent of the injuries have not been released at this time, but the injury happened near Oil trough. There were reports of damage to houses, trees, and power poles in Independence County. Power poles and trees were knocked down in Lawerence County and power outages were reported in Independence, Lawerence, and Randolph Counties in Arkansas and in Ozark County in Missouri.
