According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, 42-year-old Claude Carl Rice and 41-year-old Deanna Lynn Blue were arrested just after midnight last night. Rice is charged with commercial burglary, criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, forgery, and criminal trespass, and he is charged as a habitual offender. Blue is charged with commercial burglary, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass. The bond was set at $20,000 each.
