A Mountain Home man has been arrested again on drug charges. 26 year old Gary Lee Barker, already faced charges in two drug cases before his latest arrest. He was in court Thursday and entered a not guilty plea to the newest charges. In the latest arrest, Barker was living at a duplex on Newton Avenue when neighbors called police and complained about meth smoke seeping through the walls and ceiling. In Barkers bedroom officers found a safe containing drug paraphernalia, marijuana, meth and $1,000 cash. A motion has been filed in his case to suppress evidence. A hearing on that motion will be held October 25th. Barker’s mother is serving a 15 year sentence on drug charges after her arrest last month.
