68-year-old Charlie Hogue was arrested after allegedly ramming another vehicle and firing a shot at the driver. The incident happened on Route P in Theodosia. Hogue faces felony charges of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. Along with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and property damage. He is being held in the Ozark County Jail without bond.
