39-year-old Donald Baker was arrested after allegedly entering the Grizzly Lofts without permission. When he was arrested he was allegedly in possession of drug paraphernalia. Baker is charged with resisting arrest for a felony, first-degree burglary, and first-degree harassment, as well as drug charges. The bond is set at $10,000. Baker has a history of criminal charges.
