North Arkansas Electric Cooperative members served by the Pineville and Brockwell substations will experience a second brief outage this Wednesday night. The planned outage will begin around 10:30 p.m. and last approximately five minutes. It is necessary so that personnel can safely replace damaged insulators on the transmission line. A total of 3,140 members will be affected. This is the last planned outage for maintenance on this line scheduled for a few months.
