Brian Carter was arrested for allegedly sending a vulgar and threatening text about shooting a subject. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that Carter was a convicted felon which makes it illegal for him to possess firearms. A search warrant for Carter’s camp trailer was obtained and served resulting in numerous firearms being seized. Carter was taken into custody and a warrant was issued for Unlawful possession of a firearm, Harassment 1st Degree, and Stalking 1st degree. The bond was set at $15,000 cash.
