The Mountain Home Police Department arrested 45-year-old Kristie Lynn Ragsdale last night. She has prior bookings with the Baxter County Sheriff’s Department- Ragsdale was arrested most recently for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Her bond is set at $550 with a court appearance scheduled for March 28.
