30-year-old Victoria Fowler entered a guilty plea to two counts of sexual contact with a student. Fowler allegedly had sexual relations with a 16-year-old student. She was given five years of supervised probation and now must register as a sex offender. Fowler must also give up her teacher’s license and can have no unsupervised contact with children under 18 except her own. The alleged incidents happened in Howell County.
