In his latest offense, an Arkansas man is charged with possession of child sexual abuse material. According to an affidavit, those charges were filed after 21-year-old Lucas Clute was arrested for transmitting an image of his erect genitals to an individual known to him as a 16-year-old minor. This charge is a class B felony with Clute’s bond set at $30,000 and not his first brush with the law for a similar offense.
Clute was arrested by Fulton County authorities in 2021 after he was allegedly caught unclothed with a 13-year-old by that minor’s mother. At the time of that arrest, the victim’s mother said she was led to believe that at that time, the 18-year-old Clute was, in fact, two years younger. An affidavit states that the mother learned of Clute’s actual age, then when about to confront her daughter, she found the two of them partially clothed in her house.
