No fatalities in a Texas County auto accident on Sunday, but still serious injuries.
23-year-old Brett Lewis of Licking drove off the road, hitting a fence and a tree. His passenger, 22-year-old Shakira Williams, also of Licking. suffered serious injuries- both were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital; after Lewis was checked out for minor injuries, he was charged with DUI and driving without a license.
