A stunning upset for Mayor John Krasuski by write-in candidate Charry McCann…Judy Colter was on the Mountain View City Council for one month after being appointed only to be voted out by the council on charges of nepotism after her appointment was voted on by then-member and cousin-in-law Brenda Colter. Judy Colter ran in Tuesday’s election, defeating write-in candidate Brigg Pierson.
