Lyon College will receive $15 million in Appropriations to develop Arkansas First Dental and Veterinary School. U.S. Senator John Boozman helped in securing the appropriations., which the senate approved and was signed into law on Saturday. Two years ago, Lyon College announced plans to develop the school. Pending the accreditor’s approval, Lyon College plans to offer classes in 2025.
