Two West Plains residents were injured in an ATV accident west of Pomona Saturday. 19-year-old Bradin Massey suffered serious injuries and was flown to Cox South in Springfield. 30-year-old Damian Henry suffered minor injuries and was taken to Ozarks Health Care in West Plains. The two were injured when Massey attempted to make a sharp turn and overturned the ATV. The accident happened on County Road 5120, eight miles west of Pomona.
A Houston Missouri man suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on Highway CC in Texas County. The Highway Patrol reports that 71-year-old Harrod Baker was injured when he slid off the road and overturned the Harley he was riding. Baker was flown to Cox South in Springfield.
Two Success residents were injured in an accident north of Success on Bell Road. A 10-year-old boy suffered serious injuries and 77-year-old Dean Notz suffered minor injuries when he drove off the road and hit a tree. Both were taken to Phelps Health in Rolla.
Two kids from Gatewood were injured in an ATV accident east of Gatewood on Sunday. The Highway Patrol says an 11-year-old girl overturned the ATV ejecting herself and a 10-year-old girl. Both girls suffered minor injuries and were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened five miles east of Gatewood.
