50-year-old Stefan Havens Talley has been evading arrest for two years in Ohio. He was arrested in the Evening Shade area where he had been living. Talley was wanted for 21 counts of rape. Talley has been working as a traveling nurse. He is being held in Sharp County awaiting extradition back to Ohio.
