Younger urinates on clothes, attacks jailer with them

A man already in jail attacks a female jailer and allegedly tries to smother her with clothes soaked in urine.

In a story just being made available to ECNN 22-year-old Joshua David Younger of Mt. View, Arkansas was already locked up for allegedly taking his sister and her baby from their home recently.

According to the affidavit filed, Younger began causing a disturbance in his cell.   The jailer went to investigate, opening the door of Younger’s cell to speak to him.

That’s when Younger, who according to the affidavit grabbed the jailer, slammed her against the wall, and closed the cell door, preventing her from escaping forcibly held the jailer down while placing clothing on her face and head that he had recently urinated on; other inmates claim to have witnessed Younger’s urination on the clothes. He can add felony charges of aggravated assault on a correctional officer and false imprisonment after he was already in jail for assaulting his brother-in-law and abducting his sister and her baby from their home last month.  Younger was released on a bond of $15,000.

A radio dispatcher was able to help the jailer escape and other deputies arrived to get Younger into another cell.

Other inmates witnessed Younger urinate on the clothing he used to cover the jailer with and witnessed the incident.

Younger picked up felony charges of aggravated assault on a correctional officer and false imprisonment and a misdemeanor charge of impairing the operation of a vital public facility for the incident.

Younger was in jail after he allegedly assaulted his brother-in-law and took his sister and her baby from their home last month. He was released on a $15,000 bond.
